Maybe, in private college of hotel management but in government IHMs, you are eligible after 12th with English subject.

Oh yes, either 10+2 or 10 and then Diploma should keep your doors open for graduation especially when it is the same field - hospitality management in this case. You can do an internship or a job after Diploma (Since you are eligible) and then take up the graduation.
