Yes u are elegible for getting admission in M Tech after MCA. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in M tech is B Tech CSE/ ECE/ IT/ MCA . On the basis of valid GATE score u will be elegible for getting admission in certain top level colleges/institutes which provide quality education and

I will suggest you to go for job as you have masters degree.Go for job as that will enhance your experience and will be better for your future.
