8 years agoYes you can do M.Tech without GATE. Many institute conduct their own entrance also apart from accepting GATE score. So don't worry and apply for institutions level entrance. All the best -

IIIT Hyderabad PGEE-Test in April end, interview in June
IIIT Delhi- Test and interview in first week of June, after shortlisting on the basis of B.Tech percentage
IIIT Bhubaneswar- Test in May end
BITS Pilani HD -Test in May
BIT Mesra- Test in July
Delhi University (electronics only) -Test and interview/GD in mid June
JNU - Test in December
IPUCET, Delhi- Test in May
Jamia Millia islamia, Delhi - Test in June beginning
Other options include- IIITM Kerala, NIST Odisha, NITTTR, NICMAR

And let me tell you, almost all colleges in India and government / private sector jobs asks for GATE score. -
