Yes, you can do mass communication after any undergraduate course so just work in the direction and acheive success, regards.

Yes, you can go for this course after your Bachelor's degree, and this course has a great scopes ahead and you can get much better opportunities after completing this course.

You can apply, but it is harder than your BA Pass, so it take much time for you to deal with MA. MS communication as it is much difficult than former one.

Yes, definitely, you can apply for Colleges like IIMC, SIMC Pune, The application process begins in November and entrance is in January.
