Yes, you can pursue master degree from USA after completing your 3 years of graduation but not many universities of the USA considered the 15 years of education. -
yes you can do in UK. you can do MSC in some specialised computer field. because if the specialisation you become more employable than generic master in computer science -
In majority of universities abroadMS in Computer Science is offered to students who have completed 16 years of school education +2 & then +4. You may not get admission in MS CS abroad after BCA.
