Hi,
Yes, you can, it is the best option to go for, but from a good institute. You can try for IIMS or if you are an average runner, then go for private universities like LPU. It is accredited by ACBSP. For more information you may refer the website.

After B.Com, you are eligible for MBA. But to get into the top institutes for it, you need to have a valid score in CAT, XAT, & MAT exam.
