MBA programme can only be done after graduation but many universities do offer integrated BBA+MBA programme and duration is four and a half years.
Universities like IIM-Indore and Amity University offer the integrated MBA.

You are eligible to join integrated MBA programme offered by some universities even after class 12th. IIM Indore's five-year integrated programme in management is the best option among the integrated management degrees. You may evaluate Amity University's integrated 5-year MBA too.
