Hello Pal,
Yes, you may surely pursue two degree course simultaneously. Provided you pursue:
1. One course through distance education and the other through full time mode.
2. Two different course from two different universities through distance education.

To pursue post graduation degree one should be a graduate.
As B.sc is a graduation degree after completing it you can go with MBA/PGDM program.
To get admission in the good regular college for MBA/PGDM program
procedure is certain.you have to sit and score well for the one of the exam given below
