Dear Bhavesh,
Two degrees from two separate universities can be done at a time. You can choose any separate university and pursue your course accordingly.

There are lot of universities like YCMOU, Pune university, ISBM, SMU etc. are some of the universities coming in mind.
I will suggest you to pursue one degree (LLB as full time course) and one degree as a part time.
