Is it possible to pursue MBA from abroad after completing graduation through distance?

Hello there, Currently im doing my BBA in Aviation manegment from MGU (Mahatma Gandhi University) which is unfortunately a distance course so my question is, Is it possible to do Full Time MBA from Abroad (well knwn university ) ? will they accept me as every other student? im also preparing for GRE
