People from any educational background can pursue MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management. With this degree, one can work in administration and operations of hospitals. Some companies ask for few years of experience in this field, along with MBA. You can also consider pursuing Masters in Health Administration.

Yes, you can pursue it according to the national health policy 2017. The Indian government have said that there is need to develop a cadre of health care managers to ensure that healthcare services are available affordable and accessible to each citizen. So, this means a huge scope. One can join the government, corporate hospital, consulting organization, funding agencies, UN, etc. after completing the MBA program. Well this course is a pioneer and established by IIHMR.
