No, I am afraid you cannot as you need to clear all papers, be a graduate and also get minimum 50% marks in graduation.

It is better to clear your arrears before you being doing an MBA. For MBA graduation is an eligibility criteria. You must clear the aptitutde tests asuch as CAT?CAT/CMAT and so on as well
