As per the new guidelines of AICTE and UGC, Distance programs in Engineering aren't allowed since these disciplines require practical and industrial experience instead of distance learning. Thus Mechatronics Engineering is not offered in the distance learning programs. Therefore, candidates are advised to pursue various certificate, Diploma or graduate level courses in full-time mode only in order to be eligible for placements and other employment opportunities.
