Is it possible to pursue MS in Aerospace Engineering with backlogs?

I am pursuing B.Tech aerospace engineering final year and have 12 backlogs and I have got 45% marks

    Below is the basic eligibility for pursuing M.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering:
    Eligibility:
    The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Science.
    The candidate must have a valid GATE score.
    As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission procedure and policies.
