    For a Master's programme in CS you will have to demonstrate reasonable proficiency and relevant coursework in data structures, algorithms, operating systems and programming languages, which often are prerequisites for most graduates school courses in computer Science. For all practical purposes, an ECE graduate has pretty good chances of studying CS.

    There are a few universities/ institutes which give you the privilege to switch your stream in Masters. You'll have to inquire the same from the concerned person of the college in which you are seeking admission.
