Yes, why not you can do it. For this, you have to fill the entrance exam form of the college. Full fill all the requirements of the particular college / university. Aspirants who have cleared their 10+2 from any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts) can pursue fashion design course at the graduation level.

Yes,
It is possible to pursue PG courses after completing Bachelor's degree, as each PG course had an eligibility criteria which involves Bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 50% or 55% accordingly to the course you want to pursue.
