Is it possible to pursue PGDM from Europe or USA after completing BCA? What is the procedure for the same?

You can pursue PGDM/MBA after BCA for sure but choose a country as per your financial, cultural preference and ROI. It is better to have some work experience before applying to universities abroad. You need to appear for GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS to get into the universities in USA, UK, etc.
