Is it possible to pursue Ph.D without doing M.Tech?
I have completed my B.Tech IT in 2012 and worked in IT sector for 4 years. I would like to change my profession to teaching.

No, it is not possible, because you earn less number of credits in B.Tech which is a must to be fulfilled in M.Tech.
