Is it possible to pursue Polytechnic Diploma or B.Tech through distance learning?
I passed my 12th with 84.6% from PCM and can't pursue a regular course as I am a government employee.

You can't pursue, because you are a government employee, and then age may differ. But, you got good percentage. If you want to pursue regular means, you should leave government job and you can go attend the regular B.Tech class.
