Certainly not. You need to check the entire syllabus of your stream related to GATE. Aptitude is a small portion of GATE Syllabus which consist of 7 to 15 marks in the exam. In order to get good rank you need to cover the syllabus and practice ample amount of problems. Completing only few topics won't help you in clearing the cut-off of PSUs and IITs.

If you want to just qualify the GATE examination then it is sufficient because the cut-off of GATE is 25-30 marks. But if you want to get a good rank then it is not sufficient because for a good rank your score should be 70. With 3-4 subjects, you can't get good marks but you can just qualify the exam.
Good luck.
