is it possible to quit the course in between?because of my personal reason.then is it possible to continue again?

Planning a gap of fixed tenure might be feasible after taking permission from the institute. Random quitting and trying to re-join somewhere else is generally not accepted basically because you do not have vacant seats in the middle classes of a course at any given point of time.
