Hi Pratik,
Yes after finishing BE in computers you can go for Masters in Automobile engineering however i would suggest you to go for courses like Automotive Software Engineering , Automotive and Combustion Engine Technology , Automotive Engineering, MS in Automobile engineering etc. these are the

no.Todomastersin any country you should first have a bachelors in any discipline. Hence i suggest you to complete your engg and then go for a masters degree in where ever you want.
