Is it possible to shift to Annamalai university in 2nd year B.Tech after studying 1st year under a different University?

Hi, Students studying BE / B.Tech / B courses. Arch and M.E / M.Tech / M.Arch / M.Plan / MBA / MCA are eligible for transfer only after completing first-year studies. All the types of transfers mentioned above will be processed by the Technical Education Department, Chennai. Students studying for UG / PG degree courses are eligible for transfer only to the appropriate study department. Transfers from one branch to another will not be granted for any reason. Transfers between institutions will be considered depending on the availability of space in the current student body as long as the students who want to be transferred will be placed under the competent authority of the relevant branch where the transfer is required. An application for intermediate transfer will only be considered at the beginning of the academic year (ie, Third / Fifth / Seventh / Seventh Academic Semester). The referral application must have the approval of your principals, both transfer and transfer colleges. The mere transfer of applications for the transfer of principals with their consent does not give any right to students who want to be transferred elsewhere and the Director of Technical Education has the right to accept or reject or withhold application for administrative reasons without giving any reasons. Transfer of a student from one College to another College after a regular study is subject to the full duration of the University. Students who want to be transferred must continue their studies at the existing college until a transfer order is issued for admission to the new colleges by the University concerned.
