Is it possible to start a career in the field of psychology at the age of 37?

I am a science graduate and have done B.Sc (chemistry). I have around 7+ years of experience in the service industry & am very much interested in restarting my career in the field of psychology. Is it okay if I do MA in psychology from IGNOU? Can I expect a career in this field now?

The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelors degree with 50% aggregate score. However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course.
