Is it possible to study aborad(germany) without spending on consultancies and loan? i have completed b.tech biotech with 9.29 cgpa.

i already have taken loan for my b.tech and my family cant help me spend anymore. i want get a proper chance on the basis of my talent and marks. how can i make it possible as it is my keen desire to per sue my higher studies in genetics from Germany.
