Is it possible to study abroad without taking exams like TOEFL?

For studying in any abroad country, you need to appear for qualifying exam of that country, even if it is Bangladesh. Hi, Please note that as the medium of education in universities abroad is english so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency. Besides TOEFL or IELTS you also need to take below mention
