Hello,
Medical degrees are provided in offline mode. Distance learning is not available yet, because medical learning needs practical experience. Good luck.

You can not study allopathy medical field by distance learning. You can learn it as alternate medical sciences by distance learning.

Engineering degree are offered by few institutes in distance learning mode. You may raise a new question with your educational qualifications for an appropriate advice.

No, it is not possible. It is better, if you do for regular course.

No, it's not possible because medical studies need practical skills which are not possible online.
