    As far I know, The Bar Council of India never validates the distance education providing colleges for LLB and also not give the license to the students who opted for distance education.

     

    Hence, it is necessary for you to do the course in a regular way.

     

    Although Out of 1400 law colleges in India, there are 1000 law colleges which will let you have a regular llb degree without attending the class. No, distance or private education is NOT valid. NOT Recognized by BCI. always go for regular college and attend classes regularly.Actually they manage the attended part with charging some fees manually.
