    You can pursue. If your interest in M.Sc clinical food nutrition which is really good, then the best thing would be to appear GATe or NET, clear the exam and go for research. Else, IISC conducts a written test for admission to integrated PhD (Masters+Ph.D), you can get into other institutions also. There is very good scope of pursuing clinical food nutrition after BTech.
