Is it possible to study M.Sc. in pharmacology or pharmaceutical Chemistry after B.Sc. Chemistry?

No, you can not. For that first you have to complete your degree in Pharmacy. (B.Pharma)
B.Pharma is a totally different course which offers everything related to the field of pharmacy. Pharmaceutical worker, teacher, stationary pharmacist, researcher etc. The course is for 4 years/8 semesters. You can complete your degree and move forward for Masters in any respected subject, as in your case Pharmacology or pharmaceutical Chemistry. -

If you are talking about doing M.Sc. Pharma after B.Sc. Chemistry in INDIA, then NO, you can't go for it as the eligibility criteria is at least 50% marks in B.Sc. Pharma. All the very best !
