Yes, you may try to get in MBA course through CAT and prefer specialization in Finance in MBA.

After B.com, you can go for MBA as the eligibility criteria for the same is as under-
1. The candidate should have Graduation with 50% from recognized institution or university for the general category.For the SC/ST ,it is upto 45 % .

Yes you can do MBA after B com this is good option for you , but today there is need to have good reputation for an business school , there is need to have good status of B- school so try to give entrance test like CAT or MAT and get admission in good b-school , CAT exam for get admission in all IIM

Yes, you may surely pursue MBA after B.com, please remember after completing B.com you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.com and then opt for further
