For studying MBBS, you need to have PCB in 12th. If you don't have Biology, you aren't eligible for MBBS entrance examination.

If you have PCB at +2 stage then you can apply for MBBS entrance exam.

Eligibility criteria in some countries is not very stringent. But do check about MCI recognisation before taking admission.
