    There are less possibilities for the same. To do your Masters in computer engineering, you should have the relevant background. You can write to the universities and get your profile checked. Certain universities will allow you to pursue the program after completion of a number of pre-requisite courses to build your foundation for computer engineering. Apart from this, your intention to study computer engineering must be strong that is why you want to switch from civil to computer engineering must be relevant and practical.
