Yes, it is possible. The minimum eligibility criteria for GNM course is - 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognised board. Yes get admission, there are colleges under osmania university affiliated colleges like st. Theresa school of Nursing and many other colleges. You should posses 10+2 from the recognized board and atleast you should need 55% in previous year
