Yes, as Odisha diploma is equivalent to 12th hence, you can do you BBA any of the colleges or universities in Odisha.

I can understand your concern and angst. In almost all the states, Diploma has been recognized as being equivalent to class 12th. You need to approach your polytechnic from where you studied for guidance and obtaining this certificate of equivalence. Once you have this, you can do any course where eligibility is class 12th standard.
