Is it possible to take admission in BITS Pilani for computer science after completing a 3 year diploma from Gujarat technical university?

The admission at BITS Pilani is done on basis of pure Merit. There are no reservations or lateral entries. Also the admissions are done only into First Year. There is no provision for admission into second year or any kind of transfer from other institute.
