Is it possible to teach and pursue M.Phil from the same college?

It is definitely possible and it has happened several times.Teaching assistance by students is very common in the USA and it is an excellent concept.

After completion of your M.Phil./ Teachers Eligibility Test only you can teach in college.
Being a full time student in M.Phil. you cannot teach in same college.
After M.Phil. you pursue Ph.D. and take classes for UG & PG Classes.
