Is it possible to transfer a degree from one university to another?

I have completed 2 years of my 3 year BCA degree from Shivaji University. But due to some reason I am planning to transfer my 3rd from Shivaji University to Himalaya university.

You can do so, if both the administrations permit you. So, approach the Registrars of the two universities. Check their syllabuses and see that you don't have any backlogs.
