Is it possible to transfer from one college to another for a person who is pursuing PGDM from AICTE approved institute?
Currently I'm at the end of 1st year and from 2nd year specialization courses will start.

No, because the college is not a university. Further, such PGDM must be equivalent to MBA by AIU
