IGNOU OPENMAT Business Management Studies Exam MBA/PGDM

Is it possible to write openmat exam in Jan, register for MBA course. And in August can I register for deploma course in the same year?

Hi Lydia. OPENMAT is a national level entrance exam for admissions to MBA/PGDM courses offered at School of Management Studies, IGNOU. OPENMAT exam is conducted twice a year I. e. in July and January. OPENMAT scores of one session are valid for one year I. e. If the exam is held in July then the same score can be used for January and July (the following year) and, likewise, OPENMAT exam held in January-February can be used for July and January next year. Candidates can opt for admission in any of the cycle as per the score validity. OPENMAT admission cycle is as under:
