is it posssible to join direct 3rd year through correspondence? i hv gt my 2years diploma n dne BA-Hospitality Adminstration(3rd yr dscntnd)

i have completed 2years diploma in Hospitality administration aftr my 12th and i have dne BA-Hospitality Administration bt discntnd 3rd yr..got my TC n Bonafide certificate frm the institute n 1st n 2nd yr marksheets too, now would like to know whthr i can join drct 3rd yr thru correspondence???....
