Is it preferable that I finish my M.Sc first and then do my B.Ed or after B.Sc itself?

Both the options are equally good. If you do B.Sc or B.Ed, you may go for job immediately after B.Ed and drop idea of doing M.Sc. Therefore, I will recommend you to first complete your M.Sc and then go for B.Ed.
