is it preferable to do mba or mcom for becoming an illecturer
I have done with graduation (b.com hons) and confused how to proceed to become an illecturer ,, what would be more aptable

you can be more benefited if u do MBA..than M.Com... u can teach mgt. subjects and with your experience, u will be paid more....

Before selecting MBA plz ask some questions to urself.
1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA

It depends if you wopuld like to become lectrurer in MBA college we prefer you do MBA

In my view you should pursue M.Com if you specifically want to become a lecturer.This course would provide you in depth knowledge in Commerce whereas MBA is a professional Program providing students with diversified knowledge and basic concepts about corporate world.Further you can pursue

Shruti..If you want to get into the teaching profession at university level you should aim even higher. A MBA and PhD will be the best route to success in your intended field, not just in India but also abroad.
