is it really a hectic job to do company accounts with Bcom hon. or BFIA.?

i also have confusion that whether i should go for Bcom hon or BFIA..alongwith that i also wish to do company accounts....will it be really hectic or will it be manageable because i want to do law after CS.please answer.!
