@Ashwin72836 - It is both true and not. In all top management institutes the placements of laterals happens separately. This is when companies pick up people with specific work experience or skill set for a position a fresher would get after 2 years. The cut off for LRP (lateral recruitment process)

It is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then pursue MBA, as it further enhances the career prospects.

yea its necessary to hav a practical skill experience 2-3yrs min dis better ua scope 4 getting a preference
