Is it required for a full time employee to leave his/her job for pursuing 15 months training duration or it can be done simultaneously?

Is it required for a full time employee to leave his/her job for pursuing 15 months training duration in "company secretary" certification or it can be done simultaneously? Is there a way that both can go hand in hand if the timing of the working hours are compromised with the slot?

Hi Santosh, Yes, but it totally depend on your ability as CS is a course where you need to focus more. It depends which kind of work you are doing as you are working in a corporate sector. You have to manage your time & work hard. As per my suggestion you can do Job + CS but its better you concent
