It depends on your economic condition and your knowledge.
I mean if you are good in maths and have good economic condition then you can prepare for CAT and do MBA.
And if you are not getting a good job in MNC then what is the use of just doing job.

As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish
