I think you are obsessed with the top universities. Listen here is the thing IISc is indeed top institution in India but it depends on what you want to pursue. If you want to be a researcher or you want to learn more and more of basic Science IISC is definitely your place. But if you want to take your time and want to review I think DU is better in that case. At DU, you will get much exposure you can expect from life. But I would like to say you should not compare institutes because there are many universities and institution which are unique in their own way. What you should focus on how much you can learn from where you are. Because that's the only thing going to matter in the coming time. Happy learning.
