is it safe to take the admission in approved college and esp when it is still to be recognised by dcl in B.D.S

please advise what should be done in this condition

    No, you should not seek admission in a college not recognized by Dental Council of India yet for a BDS course. No point in taking risk for the future. What if the institute does not get recognized later.
