Is IT specialization in MBA good after civil engineering?

Not, you should go for marketing and international business management as a dual specialization because you are already an engineer. Now, there no need to go for those subjects which you have studies in engineering. Otherwise, your placement option will be narrowed down.

Yes,because the recruiter companies are IT based and they require the core knowledge persons , in most cases this domain choose by CSE,IT engineering student as well as BSc,BCA student,so they have fair amount of knowledge as far as scenario is concern.
